It is finally St. Patrick's Day and Guinness is finally the beer of the week. It was hard to hold off naming one of my 5 favorite beers as beer of the week for so long. So go out get yourself a couple of Guinness's but don't forget to throw down at least one Irish Car Bomb this St. Patrick's Day.
